Senior Integration Architect (contract / permanent)

Tasks

The person will work with a team of internal staff and external contractors and consultants with various skills supporting both projects and the strategic direction of the architecture and integration. Projects include Clinical Data Exchange, Statistical Computing Environment, and Meta Data Repository.

Skills needed

Must have several years experience with solution areas such as:

• Implementation of Clinical Data Warehouse / Clinical Data Repository (architecting)
• Implementation of Meta Data Repository (architecting)
• Implementation of data flows using data standards such as CDISC
• Data flows from EDC (Medidata Rave) and external service providers to data repository with transformation to SDTM
• Interface design and implementation
• Architecture documentation, evaluation, and design
• Relevant technical skills
• ETL tools such as Informatica Powercenter
• B2B tools such as secure managed file transfer
• SAS, PL/SQL, and similar
• Solution and architecture design
• Familiar with various architecture patterns

Methodologies

• Enterprise Architecture methods such as TOGAF (preferably TOGAF certified, or similar)
• Well versed in Application Architecture, Data Architecture, CRUD matrix, etc.

Location: Switzerland (Basel Area)
Duration: 1 year, fulltime at customer site
