Rashika Ratnayake
Rashika Ratnayake works as a Recruiting Manager and HR Business Partner at wega Informatik AG, Switzerland and joined the company in 2018.
She holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology and graduated from the University of London /Birkbeck.
Over the last 15 year in her professional career, she has acquired experience in the HR field within various industries.
The job functions vary from recruitment, utilising selection/assessment tools, HR processes, employer branding, as well as consulting internal and external stakeholders.

Caroline Fischer
Caroline Fischer is a consultant at wega Informatik GmbH, having joined the company in 2024.
She earned her PhD in Translational Biomedicine from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and holds a master’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin.
Over the past five years, Caroline has provided expert consultancy to clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
Her diverse range of responsibilities includes Computer System Validation (CSV), Business Analysis (BA), Training, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Project Management (PM).
