Abstract:
wega is proud to be part of LabFREED, the open community dedicated to practical, user-focused digitalization in laboratories. LabFREED brings together experts from chemistry, biology, engineering, and computer science to address everyday challenges in lab environments—moving beyond complex, top-down digital strategies that often fall short. Instead, the initiative focuses on simple, effective solutions that reduce friction, enhance workflows, and are easy to adopt. As an active contributor, wega supports the development of modular tools like PAC-ID and T-REX, which foster seamless data navigation and integration. Together with the LabFREED community, we aim to empower lab professionals by bridging the analog-digital gap - one smart solution at a time.
