Hendrik

Hendrik Attema

Hendrik Attema is a Senior Consultant and Business Analyst at wega Informatik AG, specialized in laboratory digitalization, LIMS/ELN strategy, and laboratory process optimization within the Life Sciences industry.

Hendrik combines a dual background in Analytical Chemistry and Business Engineering, enabling him to bridge scientific, operational, and technical domains effectively. His expertise focuses on translating complex laboratory and business requirements into scalable digital solutions and sustainable operating models.

His interests and experience span laboratory process analysis, requirements engineering, business analysis, and the development of future-oriented Lab-IT architectures. He has extensive experience supporting organizations in defining target operating models, preparing LIMS and ELN selections, and aligning laboratory workflows with regulatory and business requirements.

Prior to joining wega, Hendrik held international leadership and consulting positions in laboratory operations, LIMS implementation, pre-sales, and business transformation within organizations such as iVention, Eurofins, and Triskelion. He also has extensive experience in training, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration within highly regulated laboratory environments.
