Polepharma Biotesting 2026

Abstract:

The Polepharma Biotesting Congress 2026 is a leading European forum dedicated to analytical strategies supporting the quality of biotherapies and advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs). Taking place on 10 & 11 June 2026 in Évreux, France, the event brings together more than 180 decision-makers from academia, biotech, pharma and clinical research to discuss the latest developments in biotesting and analytical sciences. The program features expert presentations, roundtable discussions, technical workshops and networking sessions focused on innovation, biosafety, emerging analytical methods and the growing role of AI in laboratory environments. This year’s theme, “Reinventing Biotesting: Innovation, AI and Excellence at the Heart of Transformation” highlights how digital technologies and advanced analytics are reshaping the future of biopharmaceutical quality control.

As part of the event, Lukas Graubner, Senior Consultant at wega, will present on transforming chromatography data into AI-ready datasets during the “Analytical Intelligence” session, contributing practical insights into laboratory digitalization and data-driven innovation.

Lukas Graubner

Lukas Graubner is a Senior Consultant and Subject Matter Expert for Enterprise Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) at wega Informatik AG, Switzerland. In this role, he supports companies in selection, implementation, installation, configuration and validation of chromatography data systems. Business-oriented technical support of the customer as well as consulting for the most efficient use of the chromatography data systems are part of his core tasks as well as the development of data structure and user management concepts.

Lukas worked for a well-known manufacturer of chromatography equipment and chromatography data systems for more than 15 years. First in the position as service engineer for chromatography instruments and then as support specialist and project manager for enterprise chromatography data systems. Before a technical, analytical laboratory education laid the necessary foundation.

Due to his experience, he is able to understand the needs of the analyst, the quality managers as well as the IT managers and to provide appropriate advice and support.
